A Peck of Pickled Pumpkins....

Last week my friend Trish and her son Garrett came over for a play date and we made polka-dot pumpkins together. We were surprised we pulled it off while watching 3 kids! I had so much fun that Mea and I painted pumpkins the next day. Mea painted the three little pumpkins all by herself. Can you tell which pumpkin's eyes she said are "scary"? "Scary" is her new favorite word to say and she whispers it in my ear all of the time. What a rascal!

Nick's road trip of a lifetime

Honey....I'm Home!!!

I know, I know....it has been 3 months since our last entry. Yikes! I am officially the worst blogger in history!! A lot has happened since our last entries. Nick is on an internship in Utah (yea!) at a company called GSL (picture below). He is enjoying not being in school right now and is really getting great experience as a mechanical engineer. He has already been in charge of a few big projects and has done a great job. Below you will see the note we put on our door the day we moved from our management job at the apartments. We were sooooo ecstatic to hang that note! :) The last few weeks of our summer were filled with family trips, one involving matching tie dye shirts, a lot of swimming, campfires, friends and family. I am having so much fun being a stay at home mom. Mea is hilarious and is one of my best friends. It amazes me how fast she has grown and at how much she learns everyday. Nick and I are loving being in Utah with family and friends and are so grateful for all of their love and support.
