CORN MAZE

We went with some friends from school to a corn maze about a week ago. It was a little hot, but we made it through. I had fun chatting with all of the wives while Mea and Nick found all of the numbers in the maze. June was a trooper because the ears of corn would whip us as we weaved in and out and she wasn't even phased! We then went to Cold Stone, yummy!!! Mea is addicted to ice cream, just like her parents!!
SEVEN PEAKS RESORT
We went with my extended family to seven peaks on labor day and had so much fun! I think Mea would choose to live there if we let her. Her favorite were the waterslides you ride tubes on. We had a double tube and Nick, Mea and I rode the slides over and over again. Mea yelled "weeeee" through the whole ride. I want to give my grandma, aunts, and cousins a special "THANK YOU" for watching June so I could ride slides.
The day ended like this. I came upstairs and Mea had fallen asleep as she was climbing into the lazy boy.

Mea is refusing to smile or even look at the camera lately. It is such a lovely phase and is giving us some great pictures! Ha ha ha.

TRIP TO MY SISTERS

We visited my sister in Logan and Mea and Sophie had so much fun together! We played at the playground, ate snow cones (thanks Sis) and visited the zoo. The girls were so funny at the zoo...one second they were holding hands laughing...and the next bawling their eyes out! We cherish every moment we get to spent with each other and love Kaleena, Kyle and Sophie so much!

Yes, the pet rocks have their own sign!

The girls refused to look at the camera. They were too fascinated with the animals!
IDAHO FALLS ZOO
We finally visited the zoo in Idaho Falls. It was a lot of fun....not as big as the zoo in Salt Lake City, but perfect for us to go through with a newborn and a two year old! Mea was thrilled that this zoo had a lion drinking fountain like "Papa's zoo" (Salt Lake Zoo).
